Our Impact Stories

Introduction

Impact is the name of the game at the Central Leadership Program! All of our fellows are expected to undertake Social Impact Projects as part of their training. These projects are based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals and are meant to make a direct impact on the lives of the people in the community. The Social Impact Project Groups are mentored by SIP Project mentors who are development professionals who volunteer for the Central Leadership Program. The catalogue of stories below is from 2022. We have many more stories of impact to share on our website, YouTube and on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter). Enjoy the read and click the hyperlinks to get more information! God bless you!

  2. To discover more about myself (and this has greatly impacted my confidence).
  3. That leadership isn’t about titles or positions, instead, it’s my willingness and ability to push for change in my
  4. That my most important foundation is my value system because if I don’t stand for something, I’ll fall for anything!
  5. That leadership is not about me, it BEGINS with me"
