Upon graduating from the Central Leadership Program, participants become part of the program’s Alumni community called ‘Beacons of Excellence’. The ultimate goal is for graduates to become Christ-centered leaders poised to make an impact across Ghana, Africa, and beyond. However, the program maintains a continued connection to alumni by engaging them to be volunteers for various online aspects of the program and in-person events. We also provide opportunities for them.
