The Central Leadership Program (CLP), in partnership with Meraki Arts Africa, is proud to launch CLP Gold ARTS Innovate — a transformative 6-month journey designed to empower the next generation of African creative leaders.

This specialized program merges rigorous artistic mastery in digital, visual, and performing arts with CLP's core pillars of Christ-centered faith, African-centeredness, and leadership excellence. Targeting young creatives, the initiative equips Fellows to drive socio-economic impact and reclaim the national narrative through soul-stirring innovation and ethical entrepreneurship.

Through a blend of immersive boot camps, expert mentorship, and a 3-month social impact project, ARTS Innovate ensures that our artists are not just technically skilled, but are visionary leaders prepared to effect Christ-like change across the global creative economy.
