Ewurama Bennin has over 13 years of varied work experience in the areas of educational administration, lecturing, training, content development and consultancy. Her work experiences include serving as the founding Head of the Vision and Legacy Unit of Central University for 7 years and being first Content and Curriculum Manager for YALI (Young African Leaders Initiative), Accra RLC while she was on sabbatical from Central University.

Other organizations that she has served as a trainer or external facilitator to include, Campaign for Female Education (CAMFED, Ghana), College for Ama (CofA) and the Varkey Foundation MGCubed Project.
Ewurama is excited about training and motivating people and sees the Central Leadership Program as an exceptional opportunity to groom leaders for Ghana and the African continent. She has an MSc. Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
